What is Cellek™ decking system?
Cellek™
decking system is the newest decking product which has eliminated most
problems caused by wood or wood composites. Celleck is the best choice
for any new or replacement deck; and also the ideal material for
walkways, stairs or docks, etc.
Why the Cellek™ deck is so special?
Cellek™ deck is the innovation of Structure by using the advanced PVC
cellular technology. Its unique formulation makes Cellek deck so strong
that one can even drive a sedan on the top with no sagging at all; its
lifetime durability; all weather performance; maintenance free; fire
and water resistance; plus mold and insects free make Cellek not only
very special, but superior to other decking alternatives.
Why are there three kinds of Cellek™ deck designs ?
Cellek™ decking board comes with three different designs: (see below)
GG (Groove on both sides)
GS (Groove on one side only)
SS (Straight on both sides)
GG and GS work with Cellek™'s fastener to enable faster installation and a beautiful finish with no screws on top. SS
is designed for those who love traditional deck look with screws or
nails on the surface; of course, it is also designed for the purpose to
apply for the edge of a deck or stairs, etc. Though Celleck contains no
wood material at all, it can performance better than wood with the
old-fashion approach by using a saw, drill, nails or screws.
In what widths are Cellek™ deck boards available?
Cellek™ deck board is 5-1/4" x 1" (Item #GG and GS) and 5-1/2" x 1"
(Item # SS), and its Joist cover is 11-1/4" x 1/2".
What lengths of Cellek™ decking are available?
Cellek™ deck board and joist cover are available in 12', 16' and 20'
lengths. Custom lengths are available for volume orders.
In what colors are Cellek™ deck boards available?
Cellek™ deck boards are available in five colors (Brown, Gray, Clay,
Ivory and Weatherwood). Custom colors are available for volume orders.

Why there are two kinds of surface finish
?
Cellek™ deck boards are available in two kinds of surface finish: Wood-grain and Wood-emulated
finish. Both of them have pretty wood grain embossed in the surface.
However, the Wood-emulated finish has a more natural looking; its vivid
wood texture has “fooled” many people who can't tell the difference
between the real wood—and this is why Structure “developed” this unique
product to please most consumers.

Does Cellek™ have a railing system?
Yes. We are developing the railing system using the same formulated
material and will match the colors of our deck boards. Please keep checking our
website for the updates when the information becomes available.
At this point you may use the existing Structure profiles for
your railing products. All Structure profiles are made of 100%
virgin vinyl with the highest possible UV protection.

Do you fasten Cellek™ deck board down with screws?
Cellek™'s hidden fastening system enables 50% faster installation and a
beautiful finish with no screws on top. Thanks to our grooved decking
board design, Cellek™'s fasteners are concealed and the surface
appearance of the deck is not compromised with fasteners. Driving
screws straight through decking boards and into joists is the
old-fashioned method to laying down a deck. Cellek™ deck board is also
work perfectly with the traditional way. With unique formulations,
Cellek™ deck board will never split. It will eliminate the need for
pilot holes. The unsightly "mushrooming" will never occured when
fastening down Cellek™ deck board.
Does Cellek™ deck board requires special maintenance?
No, not at all. You will never need to paint, stain, seal or
maintain…Cellek™ deck board resists stains, with its soakless property;
Cellek™ deck board can be cleaned with water plus a mild detergent when
normal dirt and pollutants coated on the surface.
Can I use Cellek™ deck boards in high moisture environments?
Cellek™ deck board does not absorb moisture at all. This feature makes
Cellek™ deck board an ideal choice for any high humidify and marine
environments.
When the deck board is wet, does it become slippery?
No. Cellek™ deck board has an attractive wood grain pattern embossed in the surface of each
board, which helps the board slip-resistant when it is either wet or dry.
Will it ever crack, warp or splinter?
Under any normal circumstance, “Never” is the answer. Cellek™ deck
board is composed of a very rigid cellular shell, which makes the deck
one of the strongest materials available of today’s market. We have
tested Cellek™ deck by driving a car and a forklift on the top, the
board doesn’t have any physical change.
Will the color of Cellek change over time?
Just like all outdoor PVC products, Cellek has no exception to be
“tortured” by the superpower of the nature: either sunlight with strong
UV or other severe weathering; therefore, color will lighten or change
gradually over time depending on geographic location; the natural fiber
of flax used in Cellek’s formulation, gives Cellek extraordinary
strength and amazing flexibility,but it might show some color variation
in some short period of time. All the color shifts to Cellek products
will not affect their durability; and are not covered by Cellek
warranty.
Does Cellek™ deck board release any harmful chemicals into my yard?
Absolutely
not. Structure is a company responsible for our society, and always
keeps environment the first consideration before production. Cellek™
decking product contains no harmful materials at all, and it has passed
ASTM tests with very high standards. It is completely safe for human
being including children to play on it.
Is Cellek™ deck boards susceptible to pests, like termites and ants?
No,
not all. There is no any wood filler in Cellek™ deck board; and the
special formulation plus the cellular organization virtually ensures
that pests will never be a problem.
Does Cellek™ decking come with a warranty?
Yes, Cellek™ decking provides a lifetime limited warranty which is the
longest offer of the industry. Please see

Can I use Cellek™ deck boards for other projects?
Yes, you can. Cellek™
is beyond deck. It worked as lumber, but eliminated most problems
caused by wood or wood composites. Here are some examples showing how
