Cellek™'s Lifetime Limited Warranty
gives you the peace of mind that you need with today's choices.
 W&E
International, LLC. warrants that all Cellek™ deck extrusions purchased
by the original owner, shall not chip, peel, blister, rot or corrode
when used in accordance with Cellek™'s installation, care &
maintenance instructions.
If at any time it is alleged by the
original owner that the Cellek™ deck extrusion products failed to
perform by rotting, peeling, flaking, splitting, or cracking, purchaser
must send a notice to W&E International, LLC In writing within 30
days after discovering the claimed defect and prior to beginning any
repair or alteration to the Cellek™ product. The notice must include a
detailed description of claimed defect, a photo(s) of the defect and
proof-of-purchase.
No claim shall be valid unless bottom part of this
limited warranty is completed and returned to W&E International,
LLC within 45 days of purchase. If it is determined by W&E
International LLC that said claim by original owner is valid, then it
shall be the responsibility of W&E International, LLC to at its own
discretion to replace or repair said defective part(s). Labor costs to
remove and or replace alleged defective part(s) shall be purchaser's
responsibility and not that of the W&E International, LLC. W&E
International LLC does not warranty against miss-use, damage resulting
from improper installation, acts of God, and exposure to environmental
pollutants. Recovery for consequential or incidental damage as a result
of failure of deck is excluded. The above constitutes the complete
warranty by W&E International, LLC. And no other agreement written,
spoken, or implied is valid.
This limited warranty is not transferable.
It is purchaser's responsibility to consult local code authority before
installation. The lifetime limited warranty is valid on single-family,
residential applications only. For commercial use, the warranty shall
be in effect for a period of 20 years.
